On the prehistorical lane from Mühlbach to Meransen were established pictures with mimesis and texts of the sacred womens, which accompany the pilgrims to the pilgrimage church of the three sacred virgins. This church is a masterwork of the baroque architecture.

The Jungfrauenrast or Virgins’ Rest
Maranza
The Jungfrauenrast, also called “Linde”, is a memorial of the place under the linden tree where according to legend, the Three Virgins had rested while fleeing to Meransen from Attila the Hun.
